Weirdos hari kedua

Penang, hari ke dua

* Kenapa ya hanya malaysian yang memulai presentasinya dengan sapaan “very good morning”, “very good afternoon”? Sejujurnya baru pertama kali ini mendengar expresi itu. Atau memang those expressions do exist?

* muncul istilah idle wells, selama ini hanya tau istilah died wells or shut in wells. Agak geli sendiri dengernya idle wells, sepertinya sumur2 itu juga ikutan YM!, ketika ditinggal lama statusnya berubah jadi idle. Mungkin aku aja yang ngga gaul ya selama ini

* ditaxi dari mall menuju hotel

supir taxi: “taxi mam?” (chinese dialek)

me             : ” yes, to e & o hotel please”

supir taxi: “where do you come from?”

me             : “indonesia” -hmm..mulai lagi deh nih-

supir taxi: “which part of indonesia?”

me             : -to make it simple & stop the conversation- “jakarta”

supir taxi: “OIC” (baca: oh i see, he pronounces so fast, i didn’t catch it in the beginning)

—silence in the air–

but suddenly….

supir taxi: ” you’re indonesian and you’re staying at e & o hotel? you must be very rich hah?” -laughing-

me             : -grrr.. just want to kick his ass-
